RE-AIM (www.re-aim.org/2003/publications1.html)
RE-AIM is a systematic way for researchers, practitioners, and policy decision makers to evaluate health behavior interventions. Ultimately, it can be used to estimate the potential impact of interventions on public health.

Bulletins

  • Leading the Way to Healthy Places: Community Youth Development

  • This bulletin relates the importance of youth development and of measuring the outcomes of programs, describes critical elements of a healthy place, and asserts the value of leadership and collaboration.
  • OPEN-K: Opportunities for Prevention Education and Networking in Kansas

  • This bulletin describes the purpose of OPEN-K (the nationally recognized Children, Youth and Families At-risk grant from USDA) and elaborates upon its objectives of 1) improving the quality and quantity of community-based programs that prevent youths from engaging in risky behaviors and 2) improving the capacity of K-State Research and Extension to implement-with community-based and state partner organizations--effective prevention and early intervention programs for vulnerable children, youths, and their families.
