Mission
Mission
Our mission is to connect people and knowledge to develop
healthy places through communication, resources and documenting
success.
Central to the success of communities building healthy places
is the development of the capacity of local professionals and
volunteers to lead locally owned, healthy-place-based efforts
to reduce the risks for chronic disease, antisocial behaviors,
and premature death. Creating a rapid and friendly flow of
information to community leaders is our role and our contribution
to developing healthy places in Kansas and beyond.
